"Unexpected treasure"

This is a fancy hotel in real rural Iowa. New in 2023 and used quality furnishings throughout. A second floor spacious balcony overlooks Main Street ( see photo). Only 1 restaurant in town but good food. If you enjoy a quiet, slower place this is it.

it was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed visiting with others on the balcony. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed visiting with guests at breakfast. everyone was friendly and willing to help if needed. a great place to stay.

Absolutely WOW!!! This place is amazing. Words or reviews cannot describe this absolutely awesome little place in a very small town setting. I will always remember this place for any future travels. AWESOME!!! 10, 20 30, or more stars if I could.

This is the best one I have stayed at in a long time. So friendly and had the BEST setup for a work station in the room. Deep tub, soft towels, mini fridge, large TV. I stayed at a few hotels on this trip and this one is number 1.
