USIt was ok, staff was friendly, clean rooms & lobby. It was disappointing that it was advertised that it had an on-site restaurant and bar, but neither were open.
Staff was kind, breakfast was above average, many choices. Pretty clean and room was nice. The Art Deco style is pretty enjoyable to look at as well.
Best relaxing hotel.
It was a great stay by far.
First of all, we were SUPPOSED TO be in the Springhill Suites side (this property has two hotels in one building, for whatever reason). When we arrived, the front desk told us we were in the other side (Townplace Suites, I believe?). Welp, the card machine for the Townplace suites side was broken, so they couldn't make us a room key card. So we weren't even supposed to be on that side anyway, and then now we can't even go into our room by ourselves! Every time we left the room (went to dinner, went to see family, went to the pool, went to breakfast in the lobby), we then had to wait on a front desk employee to be available, and they had to walk us up to our room and let us in. This was EXTREMELY inconvenient. Especially when we weren't even supposed to be on that side of the building anyway! Will not go back here, due to the service I received. There's a Marriott directly behind this property, and it's much better.
