SAIts new facility
I was expecting to have room cleaning every day because i have a baby and the room definitely needs to be clean. And then when i asked for cleaning they were late and the bathroom fan was not working and i claimed it but nothing happened which made me upset . And when i ask them about the cleaning they advised me that the cleaning is every other days, how is possible and i have a baby so it must be a different situation. Also the charged me 68 dollars for insimmedal charge which i was not been informed aboy through booking.com, and they said it will back to my account within 72 hours. This was not expected

Construction workers outside, working on the building across the lot at 8 AM on the weekend however it is what it is and the noise will go away soon enough once the project is complete

USUSThe hotel overbooked us so there wasn’t a room available even after we had already booked! We showed up at 11:30pm with 4 tired kids after traveling all day to be told no rooms left. Very disappointed in the hotel.
Great place to stay.
This will be my go-to hotel anytime I come back home!
