location cleanliness and very comfortable and staff is very attentive and friendly

Walking distance to the beach, and also walking distance to a donut shop that's really good. Also near other variety of places like Downtown, an Ice machine to get ice(also a good place to get free bags for trash at the beach, dirty clothes, ect.), HEB, MDs, Dollar Tree ect.

Our room door basically opened up into the street, we'd have to creep out the door just to make sure no cars were coming by before we walked out. Otherwise, you could get hit. I did have one close call once as I was walking out...a white truck was zooming by, luckily I didn't open the door all the way(because common sense alerted me to the risk) the truck would have hit the door! And that would have not been good at all Management never warned us of said risk!! This is a very dangerous situation...and especially for people with kids! They really need signage that warns drivers of the potential of people walking out that door, or some type of railing to protect/warn people of the potential risk as that room(#118) doesn't have the sidewalk piece for safety. Or! Maybe they could just not use that room at all(Room 118) ??...The fridge had something red that had leaked all in the bottom of it that hadn't been cleaned and it was all in between the glass, the freezer smelled like fish. The stove appeared not to work; Also, no kitchen utensils are available for use with the stove, you'd have to pack your own pots, pans ect. The microwave sits on an unsteady like mounted shelf with no support, its very flimsy(it needs support like a cabinet or drawer or something for added support). The bathroom has no where for you to put your soap or shampoo when taking a shower, so you have to either hold it, sit it on the floor, OR!! get out the shower tracking water/soap everywhere just to sit it on the sink. Inside the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom was dirty. You have to hold the handle down to flush the toilet otherwise it won't flush. Otherwise than all that...if you're OK with non-specific of luxury and minor inconveniences its not too bad...the room is not a bad size..."AND HEY!!" It super close to the beach!!....Staff seems ok, but there is a guy there that will awkwardly stare/watch you...

The location was perfect. You could walk to the beach. The view from 2nd floor was beautiful as it was looking at Rockport beach. The motel was plain but it was clean. Based on location and friendly staff I would definitely stay there again

Provided additional coffee in the room on a daily basis (only had 2 so only 1 cup each) on the first day. Should have at least 2 per person daily

Its, very rare to find a room with three double beds. The beds were comfortable, too. The pool was great, too. Good location, also.

Floor could be cleaner. A trash can is needed by the pool.

This is an older motel that obviously has undergone an extensive remodel. There was new flooring, new beds, bathroom with all new fixtures. It was extremely clean, and triple unit with 3 comfortable queen beds was comfortably cool with wall unit a.c. There was a refrig. and a microwave. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and very helpful. The location is fantastic! Parking is great. I will definitely stay here again!

There was only one chair, at the desk, in this large unit and virtually no chairs at the pool. The towels in the room were quite small and thin with no daily trash pickup or fresh towels offered.

Room was very clean beds were very comfortable directly across the street from the beach wonderful staff very nice easy check in overall said was great
