"All in all it was an inexpensive hotel close to the beach. However, if the flooring wasn’t tile, water in shower got hot"

Closeness to the beach

Wasn’t comfortable. It was a room but it didn’t seem cozy. A place to sleep and leave the next day. The water never got hot in the shower bath so my kids were cold .

The owners are very nice and keep a clean little motel. The location is close to the heart of Rockport. Our room was very large and it was quiet and peaceful.

The room did need a comfy chair to sit in, but we weren't in it that much so it didnt really matter. There was a desk chair that was fine but another comfortable place to sit would be appreciated.

We liked that it was clean and plenty of parking. And that it was right next-door to a really good doughnut and kolache shop.

We will stay on the bottom floor next time because this time we didn’t know that the rooms were upstairs that’s the only thing

i do not think that you could find a better deal for the money! Very friendly management and eager to serve. We were surprised to see that the room had a full size fridge, extra sink and a stove top too! They do not have an ice machine, but ice is available just down the street. The interior is clean and we both slept well. Will use again when we find ourselves in Rockport. Very convenient to everything!
