Grab and go. Prepackaged snacks and two fresh fruits. Better than nothing, I guess.

maintenance in rooms is sorely needed. Cracked walks, stained ceiling. Very worn thin towels.

Not much

Lots of maintenance issues. The room smelled. The whole place felt unsafe. Carpet frayed and unraveling, loose toilet. I could go on and on.

A/C was broken and it took a while to cool the room. The a/c unit rattled all night long. Room smelled musty and the plaster on the wall in the restroom was peeling. Room was EXTREMELY outdated. Refrigerator did not cool properly.

Nothing

There was a hole in the ceiling; electrical wires hanging from the wall uncovered; the refrigerator and microwave were filthy. The commode would not flush; the bathroom door would not shut; the carpet was ripped; and the room smelled horrible. Management was shown pictures of these things; and were totally indifferent; and said “great”, when I told them I was going to post this.

Nothing about this stay was nice

First room smelled like insect spray roaches were wandering around had to go up front to change to hopefully a better room but not so air conditioner was broke or just old took forever to get cold room was super hot bug were found in the bathroom which was like a sauna towels sheets and stuff did not look like they had been washed the oder was a little better then the first room but still bad and their breakfast was bad coffee was diluted and there was not much of anything in there would definitely not stay again trying to speak with the staff was bad they didn't speak just looked at you like they could read minds if it hadn't been for not knowing how to get a refund so we could go somewhere else we would not of stayed needed to get sleep for next days drive

The property was in a poor state of repair. Very poorly maintained and not nearly as clean as it could be.

I booked 2 rooms for me my staff and patients they need to up grade their photos online cause the ceilings looked as if it would crave in in both rooms the tubs were unacceptable not to mention being woke up out our sleep at 5am by angry guest visitor I woke my ladies and granddaughters up immediately and left the premises at 5:30 in the morning I will never return and I don’t recommend
