It was a gorgeous hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I had both breakfast and dinner, it was delicious and service was amazing.

I was surprised at how luxurious this hotel is. The rainfall shower head was just outstanding and the rooms have all of this custom wood craftsmanship. I was sort of expecting it to be a renovated courtyard by marriot just named something different and priced higher. But it’s very very nice. Unique in a way. Definitely the nicest hotel in Fredericksburg.
USI loved the smooth check in and check out. The gentleman at front desk was absolutely wonderful! I was able to extend check out by an hour. The decor and ambiance are exceptional!
The service was hurried at the restaurant. I understand was NYE! I arrived to restaurant within 15 minutes of it's closing and was ordered to bar instead! I asked and was told kitchen closing Mind u I was hungry and had not eaten dinner. The bar was serving happy hour portions akin to a children's menu. I ordered black garlic burger and fries, although miniature were quite tasty! In the morning I again received harried service! Items were overlooked such as my toast and jam. I had to advise staff twice!!! The eggs were not fully cooked. The coffee tasted hot and fresh. Next time I will try during a non-holiday event....but isn't that the whole point of going out on special occasions and not to feel as though my presence is a bother!!!

A classy hotel with upscale accommodations. Comfortable bed and pillows with fluffy towels and wash clothes. Personnel were friendly and pleasant with a thorough understanding of services. Valet parking is very close and reasonably priced($22). There is a great attention to detail with the decor and amenities. Just love the ambiance. Great location within easy walking distance into down town historic Fredericksburg. Great experience for our first time and we will be returning again soon.
USFrom the moment we pulled up to Valet parking which was a plus since it was raining. Check-in was very quick and easy. The decor and the colors were breathtaking.
