"Nothing but thieves"

Nothing

You guys book me at the wrong hotel and then charge me. I told you when I got the confirmation it was the wrong location and you still bill me. I had to go and pay for the right room down the street at the same hotel It was very disrespectful.

The fire alarm beeped all not. I did not get any sleep . I am disabled and had the last room available on the first floor. I need to know how do I make a formal complaint? Do I go through Booking.com or Woodspring Suites?

Veronica was amazing at check in. Pillows were very thin. The bed wasn’t the best but it was ok. The room was impressively clean which was my main concern.Didnt really care for location. Overall it was nice for price
