When I arrived back in my room on 6/26/2025 and checked the charge on my room. I was charged $50.00 more than Hotels.com list for. No hot coffee this morning. I had no soap and shampoo in bathroom. Refrigerator made noise all night.
USStaff is very friendly and accomadating and meet new people. Everyday and would rather live here then rent pay power and everything else i just might do thar

I didnât think to check amenities before booking but I have never stayed in a hotel that didnât come with a pool, even though that was a little disappointing it wasnât that big of a deal but they donât have a single muffin or anything breakfast wise Iâve never experienced that at a hotel especially one that is a suite. Also even though it comes with a full kitchen thereâs not a single utensil u have to buy them from the front desk. The best u get is 2 small plastic cups and a bar of hotel soap
