USWe liked the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the location, and the elevator and being able to cancel all the way up to arrival day.
I didn’t look real close at the pictures and thought we were getting a hotel that you entered the room from the inside of the hotel and thought the rooms were high for that type of hotel, although it was the front end of the Thanksgiving weekend.

Pretty rundown and lack of attention to detail. Like a Motel 6 really. I felt like I overpaid with 76.00 per night. The pictures are my room, lots of holes in the walls. The coffee table is from the breakfast room. It looked like it hadn’t been n cleaned in a long time.

USI liked that it was off the strip but not so far that it was inconvenient. It was in the perfect place! Easy to figure out where everything was too! I also liked how kind the staff were and were ready to help with whatever! I will definitely stay again because of the staff!
I didn’t like that we paid for a king suite room and got put into a regular double queen room they did get us moved very quickly! I also didn’t like that the extra deadbolt lock was missing from the wall and you could every now and again seen light between the door and frame.
