Some of the front desk staff is not very welcoming. Get your nose out of your book and fully engage with your customers please.

Each website I checked it said daily house keeping however when we returned to our room late on Saturday it was evident there had been no housekeeping. Bed was a mess, no cups for coffee, no clean towels. When I called the front desk she informed us house keeping was only provided if you stayed three nights. She told us where we could pick up our towels or she could deliver them when she could. Thirty minutes later she delivered our towels and I told her what each website said about housekeeping so she may want to let someone know

NO hot water and rude service!

I liked the location with the nearby adminities.

The parking garage is located behind the hotel and not attached. My concerns were arriving after dark and alone...although there were no incidences.

Quite, clean, friendly staff

No hot water the last two days. The frig froze everything that was put inside..lost alot of snacks. Reported it to the desk during checkout.. hope it gets fixed before we return next year.

Clean. Looks new or newly renovated. Layout of room. Nicely decorated. Great staff. Great location.

I wasn’t happy that I wasn’t able to stream when the tv gives you that choice and you’re only left with a very limited amount of channels to watch. The room becomes quite stuffy when the unit shuts off. Even when choosing to run fan on high it doesn’t continuously run and you can only turn air down to 64. You’d think that would be low enough to keep the room cold but it wasn’t. Also, while taking a shower the morning of check out the water shut off. It came back on a few minutes later and then it happened to my husband when he took a shower and the water was ice cold.

Breakfast was fine. It was hot.
