Easy location

No elevator to get to the second floor, the bed frame was made of a sheet metal every time I moved it made a lg banging noise, the floor was slippery, spider and webs behind the bathroom door. Spider webs on desk lamp, room lighting could have been better poorly lit. Foul odors in the hallways

No coffee. No shampoo. No elevators

For the money, it was a bargain. Not having ice was a minor inconvenience (machine was out of order). Room was clean, very quiet.

Some crime happened. Couldn’t check in for one hour. Cops, ambulance were there. Scary

Bed sheets were not clean, had human and pet hair. Tried 3 different rooms. One smelled badly.

Rude and dishonest staff.

The only issue was that they did not show my info on the reservation. Don't know what happened. I had the confirmation #, but they had a completely different last name & address info.

My stay here was great the staff was super friendly and the comfort of the room was great! The location was nice as well!! I will most definitely go again if I need too! Thank you so much!
