USThe facility is clean and bright. Lots of parking. Staff is very friendly. We had a 4th floor room and it was quiet. Beds are comfortable.
There is a design flaw in the rooms which causes a safety issue. We had a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The space between the side of the bed and the wall is extremely narrow. If one were mobility challenged or a bit heavier it would be difficult. But the REAL problem is the space between the end of the bed and the platform upon which the sofa bed sits. It is so narrow that one has to do a tight rope walk One foot directly in front of the other. I have skinny calves and good balance but needed to concentrate in order to not hurt myself. The platform is wood, so very hard. It would be very easy to bash up your shins very badly and in case of an emergency or a less able guest, it is a falling and tripping risk. They need to fix this.
