Best hotel in the area, the only one we will use from now on. Definitely highly reccomended.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Liked the location. The shower was poorly designed with water space leading to a cramped shower. My stay was better than expected, even with the loud streetcar barreling through during the day. At night it’s not an issue.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, very clean. The noise was so loud. We were in a king corner suite and the traffic on canal was soooo loud. I think with better windows it wouldn't have been so loud. We didn't sleep at all the first night. The second night we were so tired, we slept through it. We asked for towels Saturday and Sunday and the staff kept saying they would bring them up. Finally my husband went to the front desk and the towels were just sitting there to be delivered to our room. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, if you can ignore the noise.

I wish I could add more than 5 stars for this hotel. I had an extraordinarily ideal stay at the Rubenstein. Guest experience/customer service is amazing. My room was a dream! The staff is exceptional - friendly and outgoing. They provide recommendations, resources, and seem to truly care about their guests. Before I had arrived I recieved texts welcoming me and giving me details for arrival. Once there, I was able to check in quickly. I learned that the hotel is extremely safe - key for entry, key to enter the elevator, key to have the elevator go upstairs. I had booked the executive suite and it was beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living room and the bedroom, wonderful decor, and despite its very central location, felt tucked away from it all. There is a lovely balcony available to all guests on the second floor that overlooks St Charles and Canal, great for people watching, having a couple cocktails, and take out! Oh, and cocktails! The bartendar is such a lovely human. He is an absolute joy to speak with and has such an engaging way about him that I felt right at home with him, as if he was an old friend. I know there are a lot of options when it comes to lodging in New Orleans. Honestly, part of me would like to keep this gem a secret but the truth is, if you stay elsewhere, you'd be doing yourself a disservice.
