As an industry, hotels need to give instructions or explanations regarding the use of televisions and/or master outlets for lighting. Otherwise, quite enjoyable.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed during shower. Kept sliding open. Housekeeping never came. It took the front desk person at least 10 mins to come to the front desk the night we got there to check in. No sign or bell or anything.
USEverything was great but I think I left my jacket in the room. Is there a way to ha e it mailed to me, I will pay.

Cold coffee in the lobby, the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable.That possessed TV! When you need an attendant to explain the “tricks” of turning on a television/then had to Unplug it to turn it off!(117). Breakfast; by 8:15 items were cold, minimal and well picked over. Also, housekeeping knocking waking me up entirely too early. I’m Never this “picky”, but at $170 a night, we felt this Home2 was definitely Not living up to the brands reputation or expectations.
USComfy and good location
We stayed 3 nights a never got room cleaned once. Had to make multiple trips to empty our own trash and each day to restock towels. I asked about service and they said they didn’t have anyone on the weekends, which I understood. But come Monday and still no service. I called and they said they weren’t sure what happened. They offered to bring more towels and did. But very inconvenient especially with a baby and no trash services.
CHVery new facilities with a great gym.
It was very nice but we stayed for 4 days and our room did not get cleaned once. Perhaps there was something overlooked by the housekeeping department.
