WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Huntsville

Great

We had a very nice stay! Great use of space in our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen! The gym was amazing! We loved the coffee machine too- a great touch, it was above and beyond regular hotel coffee.

Great staff, comfortable king size beds, spacious bathroom and the kitchen supplies exactly what you need. You will enjoy the area close to great shopping and restaurants.

Good value for the money. Clean room. Not really full of the bells and whistles but i do question whether or not my sheets had been changed. They just looked a little wrinkled to be fresh sheets.

Overall good. Our room was not vacuumed prior to arrival, there were 3 dead beetles, dust bunnies & a silverfish on the wall. Although this is noted as smoke free, from our room on the 4th floor, we could smell an abundance of marijuana. Area is a refurbished hood but it did not feel unsafe.

I love this place we have come here a couple of times and we haven't been disappointed yet.

I’m not someone who leaves reviews. But if you are questioning whether or not to stay here, I would just spend the money somewhere else. It was clean and new but that is all the place has to offer. I left a pair of shoes (brand new) on accident in the hotel room, I called three times for them to at least tell me they have or have not found them and I wasn’t given a clear answer. Yes it was my fault I left the shoes, but the lack of initiation to help me is so disheartening. They kept telling me that if the shoes were in the hotel, that they would find them. But never would call back to update me on whether or not they were found. If you are confident there will be no issues, sure stay here. But the staff here has a mentality of “not my problem” and it is very frustrating. They were never rude, but they were in no way helpful or seemed to even care.
