SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sandpoint

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, will definitely stay again! The rooms were very clean, the lobby was beautiful and the service at the bar was excellent. There’s a nice walk to a local restaurant or two overall everything was very clean, tidy, and the staff were very professional.

Really clean and amazing service.

Stayed one night. Everything was great. Bit of noise from the upstairs room but the rest was good. Lots of seating options for breakfast which had a regular assortment. Would stay again.

Beautiful scenery, good location and beautiful lobby area

We booked a King bed ADA room months in advance of our stay. The hotel changed out our room booking without informing us. They put us in a much smaller none ada accessable room with 2 queen beds, making it that much harder to navigate the space. They first checked us in to a room that had not been cleaned either. The staff attempted to be helpful but said their was no management staff on site to talk to about our issues. The offered to give us our overnight parking free to make up for their shortcomings. They also advised it being very tech savvy, they had 2 public use computers and the wifi was nearing dial up slow. We will not be staying with this location again. We are frequent visitors to the area of Sandpoint. This was over all just disappointing.
