"Loved the hotel, hated the lack foreknowledge, everybody was kind, but it won’t be worth the sweat next time."

Great location. There was zero fore-warning about other activities/events going on here though. Had we’ve known the site-competition ahead of time, we might’ve chosen another place from the start. Parking was highly competitive. Communicate. The odd one-to-two night customer deserves to know what they’re getting into. Be more transparent.

That there were other hotel-specific activities scheduled at this property without forward knowledge. Payers need to know these kinds of things in advance, as a courtesy. Parking was horrible. Left my daughter and I to walk long distances despite paying for the premiums of stay. Unfair. Clear and transparent communications via a calendar would’ve been great. That’s all I’ll say.

This property was a 10. From the room to the staff and everything connected to this area. My husband and I were celebrating our 42 nd anniversary. And this place did not disappoint. Loved everything about it!

The family enjoyed the area as there was plenty to do. The water show kept us entertained for a while and there the food at Vidorra was excellent as well.

I don't have any complaints actually. If there was to be a complaint, it would be that I haven't stayed there before. All in all a great and easy experience to check in and out, and the comfort was top notch.
