Great hotel! Perfect for classes at CIA! Staff was awesome. Only issue is that the restaurant is completely understaffed.

The property was conveniently located to historic landmarks and CIA. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was very good!

אנחנו 6 ולקחנו חדר עם 2 מיטות זוגיות וספה נפתחת למיטה. המזרון של הספה היא גרוע מאוד. ישנו בעוד הרבה מלונות במהלך הטיול (בספות שנפתחות למיטה) ולא נתקלנו במזרן כל כך גרוע. הבת שלי העדיפה לישון על הרצפה. לכן- אם אתם מעל חמישה אנשים- תשקלו לקחת 2 חדרים. הספה הנפתחת באמת בלתי נסבלת. חוץ מזה- מקום טוב מאוד.

The hotel rooms and common areas are beautifully designed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience, from room cleanliness to service, convenience to local attractions, which were a short drive away, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting the Hyde Park area.

Warm and welcoming staff, attentive to all guests. The dining area is clean and well-lit. The room was clean and thoughtfully designed. The queen-size bed mattress was too soft, and the pillows were not comfortable. The shower had a unique design that was unfriendly. The hot/cold water controls are on the wall opposite the shower head. This made adjusting the temperature a task. Plus, only half of the stall was enclosed! This design faux pas allowed water to collect where one would exit the stall. All in all, I would recommend this location and would even return. The pluses outnumber the minuses.

Staff were very pleasant and the room was large and comfortable. BUT, we encountered several problems: 1.The room had cheese cracker crumbs near the sofa and table, some spilled soap in the shower, and a dirty utensil in the drawer. Staff immediately cleaned the room and apologized. 2. We had a midweek package that included wine and chocolate covered strawberries and a discount in the restaurant. Staff had to be reminded about the wine, but immediately delivered it. The restaurant had no clue about the discount. The food was awful. For $15, I had a bowl of lettuce with a 1/2 juice cup of the worst gazpacho I've ever tasted. Must have been from a can. Everything else was mediocre. 3. Our power went off during the 2nd night. The maintenance person said the building had crazy wiring. Losing power was an inconvenience since our ice packs thawed and could not be used that day. Again, the power went out on our 3rd night. Got a bit warm that night and our ice packs thawed again. We had medication in the fridge that hopefully didn't lose its effectiveness since it was no longer cold. 4. On our last day, the manager had his hands full with a disgruntled employee who was psychotic, but not violent. She just ranted at staff and everyone eating breakfast. Should we have received an apology from management? 5. In sum, if you lose power, demand that they switch your room! It will probably happen again. Avoid the restaurant.
