The female front desk clerk at this hotel was extremely rude and unprofessional to us.
We traveled to the United States from France and booked a room at this hotel via Booking.com. When we arrived, she said their system had no record of our reservation. I showed her the booking confirmation email on my phone, but she said she could do nothing and told us to contact Booking customer service on our own.
I asked her if she had Booking's phone number, and she replied that the hotel did not have it. After we got through to Booking customer service by CHATGPT, the agent asked to speak directly with the hotel front desk. When we handed her our phone, she pulled her hands away and refused to talk with, saying she would not touch our personal phone.
We eventually asked the duty manager to come and resolve the matter. The front desk staff had a very poor, unkind attitude toward guests. Even afterwards, the manager did not offer us any apology at all. We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the hotel’s poor service.
