"Staff is rude, would not accommodate me, and kept my money"

Hotel couldnt accommodate me at all and i couldn't get a refund and they kept my hotel room fee but i wasnt even able to stay because they would not and couldnt and did not accommodate me AT ALL and the staff is a smartass and very rude

The location was great came from North Alabama for my son's wedding.. Cleaning ladies were great..left towels as needed.. The office personel were very friendly And helpful.. Nice rooms ..clean..

Really can't think of a bad thing...I would say it would've been great to have plugs for phones.. Additional plugs too. All in all great place to stay.. It most likely will not be our last time to stay at the GUESTHOUSE
