Simply a perfect stay!!

Nice location, quiet and clean!

We absolutely love this hotel. It’s so personal. It’s small but we like that. They have a small kitchen where little snacks are stocked,, as well as anything you might have forgotten,. They have a pool and a jacuzzi which were both well maintained. This wasn’t our first trip to this hotel and it won’t be our last.

This hotel was super cute, well located, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable 3 night stay in June. Our room was clean and the bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Lots of comfortable spots to sit around the pool and enjoy the views of the mountains and the chic styling of the property. I appreciated the lounge and selection of complimentary snacks available as well as the access to the microwave and air fryer. It's a small hotel (maybe a dozen rooms) and when we arrived it appeared it was just us and one other guest there and it was very quiet. By Friday night, the property was almost full but it stayed very quiet and we never had an issue with noise, despite the fact that all the rooms face in towards the common area and pool. They had complimentary beach cruisers available to borrow which was SO helpful for exploring town and riding to see some of the famous homes in the neighborhood. I would definitely come back.

Very nice property. Clean and modern style. Comfortable bed. Nice private back patio even though we didn’t use it. Cushioned lounge chairs and swim floats. Probably only two cons. One was the refreshments, which I very much appreciate having available, were not to my liking. The zero sugar yogurt tasted of aspartame. No other options available. The apples in the fruit bowl were all bruised or had worm holes. The second was that I couldn’t find the pool skimmer to remove some bugs floating in the pool. These are minor things and wouldn’t stop me from recommending this property or returning. It was lovely and we’d love to stay longer next time.

A boutique hotel with amazing amenities. There’s 12 rooms, a gym and spa. The pool with plush lounges is right in the middle of the property. Every room opens up to pool. Modern and a mix of mid century decors throughout the property. There’s also a lounge area with snacks, juices, coffee and anything you need in a kitchen. Bicycle are also available for use. Contactless check in which was easy with a text sent with instructions for everything. A beautiful hotel, minutes car ride to downtown. Parking available infront. Definitely recommend this place. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was excellent and beautiful. A kitchen, seating area and dining. Two bedroom with two bathrooms and king sizes bed. Plenty of towels and plush bathrobes. Also a private patio connects the main bedroom with its en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The bed was very comfortable which is a major plus. The whole experience was so worth it. This hidden gem will definitely be talked about.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel, and I use that term loosely. Jazz Palm Springs is a complete joke. They lock their front door with a keypad but didn’t bother to send me the code or any check-in instructions beforehand. I stood outside for over an hour trying to get in, calling multiple times with no answer whatsoever. If you’re going to operate like an Airbnb, just list yourself as an Airbnb and stop pretending you’re a real hotel. I’d rather spend my money at a hotel with a front desk and proper service than waste it on this so-called “hotel” that can’t even let its guests in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam. You’ll save your money, time, and sanity. 👎
