Jazz Hotel Palm Springs

The room was made so special and very clean. Loved it. Thus is the secondctime staying there. Lovely place.

A very unique and fun hotel - the rooms surround a pool with little private outdoor space for each room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner Annik Laberge is extremely nice and accommodating. There is no staff available at night but it is not necessary - there is a small area for free coffee and snacks. Parking available and a very short walk to the stores and restaurants. Highly recommend !

Jazz Hotel was so lovely! Annick who runs the hotel is amazing! We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are clean, beautiful & nicely appointed and we had a private back patio. The pool, hot tub and common areas were nicely appointed as well!

Probably the cleanest hotel room I've stayed at in recent memory. Rooms smelled fresh and airy and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a small outdoor patio which I thought was very charming. Will definitely be staying here again.

I loved this property. I booked for a weekend, the property was easy to access, very quiet ambiance was great , room decor was beautiful as well very clean the bed was a very comfortable as well. loved that we had a patio to ourselves as well and the hot tub was awesome. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Perfect gem for a quick getaway!

Self Check-in at any time of day was a huge perk for us since we were traveling from far away and didn't know what time we would arrive. Since we placed a last minute booking on Expedia, I ended up contacting the phone number listed when we didn't receive the check-in information as quickly as expected. We got an immediate warm response with everything we needed to access our room. Once inside, the property exceeded our expectations. It was so nicely laid out, clean, easy to access, cozy, and the furnishings were fun and eclectic. The best foam mattress we have had in 2000 miles of traveling, the perfect balance of firm and soft for lighter weight side sleepers. Didn't have a chance to try the pool or hot tub, but we'll be back to try those in the future! The lounge was stocked with bottled water, juice, grab and go items like yogurt, granola and breakfast bars, and some fresh fruit which was a nice surprise. Mgmt was immediately responsive & accommodating when we contacted them over a smell concern. (I have health issues.) We switched to another room which ended up being an upgrade from what I already thought was a great room. Both had private back patios too. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay here again when we return to the area. Don't miss this one!
