Wonderful room. Service checking in help me a lot. Excellent customer service. But on Saturday May 11 at 8 pm. Josh never respected me, he refused to issue me trash bag. I threw my own garbage daily and I didn’t let anybody clean my room for 3 nights. In fact a customer listen the conversation she went to her car and gave me trash bag from her car. Josh needs training for customer relations in the reception counter.

Amazing stay, super clean and the rooms look like this hotel should cost a lot more… overall, 5 stars I would definitely stay here again!
