"Could not stay, give me a refund"

They had no timing running water so I had no bathroom, shower or sink. Booking.com called tru hilton to confirm that I was unable to stay there and I had to pay for a more expensive hotel that night. But now Booking.com is asking me to upload documents for proof. I have no documents. I did not check stay there. I need my money back Booking.com

When we were checking in, the computers were down but that didn't slow down the woman helping us. She just continued to proceed like all was well and didn't disturb any guests and didn't take any extra time to get us our room!

We had just stayed at another Tru by Hilton in Lake Worth, TX the previous 2 days (the main reason that we stayed at the one in Jackson, TN) and breakfast was served until 9:30 a.m. Breakfast was only served until 9 a.m. at the Jackson, TN location though so when we came down at 9:10, breakfast was all cleared out and cleaned up. So we missed breakfast. Oh well.
