"Overall it was okay.. need more friendlier so people working front desk if you do not want to lose business"

Clean and had a indoor pool

Customer service, wasn’t so great. Night shift wasn’t friendly, wasn’t greeted after standing there for five mins. A black lady with dreads , I heard customers asked her questions she yells at them and become very hostile

"Ok except for the AC fan shutting off."

Nice facility

As with all hotels, that have A/C fans that cannot be run continuously, it disrupts my sleep when it shuts off. Also the lowest temperature that it could be set was 67 degrees.

Still haven’t received my deposits back. Very unprofessional of the company. The merchant even faked as if she went and the computer and double checked to verify and confirm i will receive a deposit return.
