"Accueil chaleureux, emplacement au top, chambres conforts"

Le personnel toujours souriant, à l’écoute, chaleureux, très aimable, vraiment c’est le cœur de cet hôtel. Son emplacement est également idéal : à 2 pas de la gare et à 2 pas de la grande île, la petite France, RO-YAL.

Emplacement

Le personnel pas agréable. Volet de la fenêtre est cassé La climatisation inversée ne marche pas. Il faisait chaud et lourd dans la pièce et la réponse du personnel : « Bah vous ouvrez la fenêtre pour avoir de l’air frais ». Je lui ai dit: «Mais c’est brouillant,car la rue verre la gare est passante  » Réponse du personnel : « on a pas le choix ». Pas de mouchoirs, pas de salle de sport, petit déjeuner trop chère pour sa qualité médiocre
