Great place l, good location and helpful staff

Na problemen bij inchecken (verbouwing niet af, kamer niet klaar) uitstekend verblijf gehad in pas vernieuwd appartement, afgezien van airco die (nog) niet werkte. Personeel was meldingen hierover duidelijk zat en reageerde niet altijd vriendelijk. Raam moest dus open: veel lawaai van metro's (in- en uitrijden van tunnel), verkeer, motoren, sirenes, enz. Zwervers rond naastliggend operagebouw, maar laatste twee avonden waren ze opeens weg. Op loopafstand van alle toeristische zaken in Rouen. Supermarkt naast de deur.

The Hotel is Overall ok, with a really good Breakfast. The Apartment Room however was to steril. The Price is high no free coffee capsules or water was provided in the room

The front desk staff were prompt, courteous, funny and could not have been more helpful. It is a hotel that is only 3 months old and so is in great condition and has been kept spotless. The close proximity to the twon center and all of the historic sites made it very easy for us. I would recommend the hotel is a heartbeat.

We were grateful for the flexibility of the staff and allowing us to check in early. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Very comfortable and very convenient to the main tourist attractions as well as the Seine River and a plethora of restaurants of all types. Very happy with our visit.

Lovely place to stay, clean, friendly, affordable. The only down side was the guests in the room next door thinking they had discovered a secret door into our room at midnight.
