"Grea hotel in a transient neighborhood. Unsafe!"

New, clean facilities. Close to things

The area around the hotel is literally homeless central!! Transients, drugs, mentally ill literally everywhere! We never felt safe walking from our hotel to Kings Fish House on Pine. I counted over twenty indigent homeless people on our way there and back. Swearing, peeing, cursing, trying to intimidate us. It was literally brutal. That is why I don’t go downtown Long Beach anymore.
