Hôtel Royal Montreuil

This hotel is located in unsafe area. I have to cancel my reservation because i had a medical accident, and nobody wanted to stay there for me after see the place. I tried no explain to the hotel my situation before I arrive, but they charged me all nights without consider my situation. Note recommeded at all.

Hôtel très bien rénové mais quartier à éviter absolument le soir

1. they advertise they service breakfast. They don't. They charged me 20 euro for breakfast and there was none. When I asked for a refund they refused. 2. they advertise they have rooms with king size beds. They don't. Their largest bed is a double. 3. their reception doesn't speak English at all. 4. the hotel is cold all the time. You have no control over the room temperature, you have to call the reception and ask them to change it (they don't speak English). They said they turned up the heat and they don't. 5. the location is not good 6. the reception is not hospitable 7. staircase is super skinny and tall, no elevator. Good luck carrying your luggage up and down. 8. I would not stay here again and not recommend it

Une nuit, chambre très propre. Une literie de bonne qualité. Le quartier est très vivant mais bruyant aussi. C'est très bien mais pensez aux boules quies ! Le personnel très à l'écoute et gentil.

Spent three nights on a family break at this excellent Hotel. Staff were very obliging helpful and pleasant. Bedrooms were roomy and verywell appointed, bar and breakfst room excellent. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Hotel restaurant served a truly excellent evening meal beautifully cooked and presented in first class surroundings.Hotel gardens were well kept with a very nice seating area. Could not fault the hotel in any way. Excellent value for money.Many thanks to Anne and her staff for an excellent stay.
