When you are wheelchair bond and when you arrive in a hotel and your room is on the first floor and the hotel do not have a lift , only a supplement to pay for an accessible room wow

Hôtel propre et personnel très sympathique et serviable. Mais vraiment dommage sur le confort literie qui est manifestement neuve mais les matelas ressemblent à un sommier tellement ils sont fermes !!!! J’ai passé 2 nuit à dormir sur une planche et fait !!!
