Please note that additional guests aged 12 or older above the maximum occupancy will incur an additional charge of KRW 33,000. Please note that the sauna and indoor swimming pool are free once per night per person, available before check-in and after check-out, and not available for individual use. Parking is available for 1 car per reserved room for the 'Cabin Junior' and the 'Premier Timber Suite'. Guests must pay an additional KRW 20,000 to park a second pre-registered vehicle. Guests must pay an additional KRW 1,000 per 10 minutes to park a second non-pre-registered vehicle. Parking is available for 2 cars per reserved room for the 'Pine Suite'. Alcohol consumption at the property is not allowed inside the property. The spa, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and the rooftop hot tub are closed once a month on April 1, May 13, June 10, July 1, August 5, September 2, October 7, November 4, and December 2, 2026. The round pool will be closed on May 11, 2026, and September 16, 2026. Please note that renovation work on the round Pool, outdoor pool, and Park 689 will be carried out from April 1 to June 30, 2026, and some construction noise and minor inconvenience may occur. Renovation Notice Renovation Period: April 1, 2026 (Wed) – the third week of July 2026 (tentative) Closed Facilities: Round Pool, Park 689 This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "비회원 투숙으로 간다면 완전 비추"

어른 2, 초등학생 3명이 투숙하였는데, 팀버 주니어스위트 구조가 너무 별로였습니다. 옷장있는 곳에 침대를 두어서 별도 룸처럼 되어 있는 것은 좋았으나, 잠만 자는 것이 아니라면 분리된 공간이 비효율적이고, 욕실과 화장실은 비정상적으로 컸습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않았고, 2층이었는데 반지하 뷰였습니다. 직원분이 더 고층은 빌라뷰라면서 2층을 추천했는데, 어이없이 2층은 옆에 있는 다른 건물에서 훤히 다 내려다 보이는 뷰더군요. 비회원이 이용하는 수영장이 너무 작고, 너무 더러웠습니다. 물에 뭐가 둥둥 떠다니고 수영장 옆에 있는 자쿠지에는 죽은 개구리가 떠다니고 있었습니다. 밤에 갔더니 수영장 물에 벌레가 엄청나게 떠 있어서 모두들 벌레에 기겁하며 물결을 일으켜 헤치다가 그냥 방으로 가는 분위기였어요. 회원들 투숙건물과 이용시설 대비 일반투숙객은 이용가능한 시설 수준이 너무 안좋아서, 일반투숙객 비용으로 리조트 전체 운영비용을 어느정도 충당하는 것 같아서 비회원 투숙으로는 다시 안 갈 생각입니다.

수영장은 정말 좋은데 사람이 많으면 어쩔수 없이 아쉽고 확실히 리조트 위주라 그런지 호텔로서는 서비스나 인프라가 아쉽긴함

"not worthy of the money "

방의 청결 상태가 별로였고 룸서비스의 질도 오성급답지 않았습니다, 특히 아이들 자는 방 카펫에 유리조각이 있어서 큰애가 찔렸습니다. 큰 상처가 아니라서 그냥 넘어갔지만 어린아이들이 투숙객 중에 많은데 청소 신경쓰셨으면 합니다. There was a little shard of glass in the carpet of the room! One if the children hurt his foot. The cleaning staff should really be more careful. If you are not the owner of the resort membership, you cannot see the Bookhan mountain from the window. the Round pool was very small- good for only toddlers.

모친 생신을 맞아 히노키탕이 있는 객실로 예약했었습니다. 객실 및 조식 모두 훌륭했으며 아쉬운 점은 여름이라 그런지 산책로가 잘 정비되어있지 않았습니다.

대부분 좋았지만 주차장과 로비로 연결 되는 통로가 하나라서 좀 불편 했곤 수영장은 깨끗하지 않은게 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Overall it's a nice place without heading outside seoul, but lots of facilities(like a main swimming pool)and even window side dining seating goes only to memebers. If you are just a hotel guests, you can't use main pool which it's highlight of the hotel and can’t even seat in window setting. Disappointed.
