Upscale Condos and Penthouses Close to Canal & Bourbon St.

I’m torn because there are some I have some pros and cons about my stay… It was a little noisy, but it’s New Orleans during EssenceFest so I assumed it would be. It was close enough to everything but far enough for when I wanted a break from the busyness. The place looks nice but one of my windows was missing a blind and the blind sat in the middle of the living room my whole stay…if I was one floor lower to the ground, I would’ve had an issue. Next there were dips in the flooring, not enough for me to feel unsafe, but enough for me to feel and not cosmetically appealing… my biggest concern is that the water had a SMELL! My friend said it was sulfur, I was it was mildew…either way. It sucks to come out of a shower and feel like you need another one. Everything else was pretty standard. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, I’m just saying I would be on the look out to see if these are reoccurring issues or isolated….because this has all the makings of a hidden gems.

Great location, easily walkable to Bourbon Street and Superdome. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Police station across the street. Will definitely stay again.

It was a very nice place to stay. For me, everything was within walking distance. If you don’t like walking, the street car was right outside the door practically. I had a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. I will definitely take place into consideration when staying in New Orleans again.
