"I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life!"

Didn't get to eat it.

We booked a week out. I confirmed the same day. I confirmed the day of arrival for my 2 rooms. They called me when we were 15 minutes away and confirmed and then when we got there, no rooms! HORRIBLE!

It was clean

Well I got there and the room I booked wasn't available so they said they would give me 1000 ihg points for the inconvenience and I have called multiple times and still no points at all

While breakfast was good, we had to wait as eggs, bacon and potatoes ran out.

"New & Clean, but confusing location"

It was new and clean. There was a full fridge & dishwasher available, although we did not use them due to our short stay.

It was difficult to find directions from the highway. And 2 hotels are combined; AVID and Candlewood. So finding it at night, with an unclear map app, made it difficult.
