In my last 30 years of travel, never met such a rude checkin staff as this one. The room was not ready for several hours even after checkin time. I was told that 3 PM checkin time is a privilege and not guaranteed. I should get the room before sleeping time. They will not cancel the room because it will he available by evening. Never going again.
