Perfetto in tutto, hotel molto confortevole inaugurato nel 2019 e dotato di tutti i servizi. Personale attento e disponibile e, per chi arriva in auto, é disponibile un comodo parcheggio coperto al piano -1.

Avevo sbagliato data nella prenotazione di un mese esatto, ho chiamato il giorno dopo appena mi sono accorta dell’errore ma essendo prepagata non mi hanno fatto il cambio Peccato Così poca elasticità verso il cliente a fronte di un palese errore di digitazione fa perdere non solo il cliente ma anche clienti futuri ai quali non consiglierei l’hotel. Comunque mea culpa non aver controllato bene la data ed aver prepagato
