Le logement avait tous le nécessaire pour un court séjour, la propreté du logement et la proximité du logement avec une station de metro la literie impeccable

Il y a une odeur désagréable dans les toilettes, pas d'explication sur l'endroit ou il faut jeter les ordures alimentaires, il n y a pas d'aspirateur dans le logement pour les moyennes et longue durée

Communicatie omtrent aantal kamers. We hadden 2 kamers voor 4 personen geboekt. Ongeveer 12 dagen voor ons verblijf lieten ze weten dat we voor 3 hadden geboekt (klopte niet) en dus eigenlijk 2 kamers moesten boeken. Hier op gereageerd. Ze zeiden dat het in orde was. Bij instructies op dag zelf, kregen we toch maar 1 kamer toegewezen. Aanvankelijk zat er niemand aan de balie. Uiteindelijk toch iemand kunnen bereiken. Deze man was wel erg vriendelijk en heeft ons toch nog gegevens voor tweede kamer bezorgd. Maar toch wat stress die niet nodig was geweest.
