Size & cleanliness for sure.

The lack of signage, the horrible check in experience, the completely insufficient kitchen that had next to no cutlery or dishes was ridiculous and the fact that the kitchen didn't have any easy explanations for how to use the stove, oven, etc was beyond stupid. Top to bottom, this place is not a real apartment you can expect to live in for more than 2-3 days, felt like a scam.

트리플룸의 온돌방(침대없는 방)의 침구류는 세탁등 검점이 안되어있어 머리카락이 좀 많이 그대로 붙어있었습니다. 침구류, 세면타월등은 사용여부와 상관없이 새것으로 비치해주시면 좋겠습니다.
