완벽한 여행이었다 숙소가 새것같았고 세탁기나 인덕션이 구비되어 있어 집처럼 편리하게 지냈다 바다가 확 트이게 보이는 뷰인데 덕분에 동해 일출까지 보았다 그릇이나 냄비 등 주방 도구도 부족하지 않았고 키친타올 일회용 비닐 등 섬세하게 갖춰져 있어 남은 음식을 싸가기에도 편했다 한가지 주의할 점은 어반스테이로 예약했음에도 리센오션파크 c동인 건물로 가야하는 것이다. 네비게이션에도 표시되지 않아서 길찾기 힘들듯. 다행히 나는 리센오션파크 c동으로 가야한다는 후기를 미리 읽고 갔던 터라 한번에 찾아갔다.

가성비 좋고(비록 바다가 쬐끔 보이는 위치지만), 주변에 산책하기 좋고, 깔끔해서 좋습니다. 다만 지상 주차가 다소 불편하고, 화장실에 비데가 설치되어 있지 않은 점이 아쉽네요.

어반스테이를 처음 이요하였는데 우선 시설이 모던하고 실용적이며 청결하고 편리하였습니다. 속초해변에 가깝고 고속버스터미널에 인접하여 위치적으로나 편익시설이용에도 편리한위치로 향후에도 적극이용하겠습니다

저번에도 어반스테이 속초해변 이용했는데. 그때는 원룸형태. 이번에는 방 하나, 거실 하나 구조. 속초해변도 정면에서 볼 수 있어 좋았음. 식기류도 다양하고, 전반적으로 만족. 냉장고소리는 여전히 나지만, 침실이 따로 있어 괜찮았음. 바닥청소상태만 좀 더 깨끗하면 좋은 숙소이다.
