Hotel feels relatively fresh but if you come to Sardinia for a nice view, nice beach and nice food and clean towels every day - this is NOT it Ok you can see in advance that the beach is quite far but that means also that you can not enjoy any beach view lunches or dinners with good Italian food (unless you like hamburgers and can wait to actually take a chance to book the 12 plastic tables they have for this purpose while the number of people is massive (so pretty impossible) - The beach is dirty with algae and so is the water - Towels are there to hire only for a week!!! (And to be paid for, hidden charges) You dont get fresh ones unless you booked directly with some premium payment!!! so booked for 2 weeks? Get ready to use same dirty towels every day. I had to threaten to get my money back before they agreed to give us fresh ones - The beachbeds are super far to walk. Front row is 80% empty as they want extra payment for it but can only take payment at reception (which 25 min walk back and forth in the heat) - The restaurant has no view, has plastic windows (no joke) and is disgusting.Their dishwasher does not work properly so half the plates and cups still have food remainings there. Really bad - Tables are not cleaned after usage (and will not be cleaned even if you ask) - 2/3 of the Area is dark and noisy - If you want tea - thats a problem. Well you can get hot water from the machine but tea bags are only available at breakfast, so each lunch and dinner I have to find a staff member (as there are NO WAITERS) that actually speaks English and then to convince to get a teabag (which is also a problem as they don't ask which flavour ) - If you want wine, you can use a dispenser and do it in a waterglass!!! No wine glasses unless its in their “prestige restaurant” which has again 4 walls and few tables overlooking the roof of the gardenhouses you stay in. - Then there is no fresh cut fruit like water melon, which is normal in buffets, french fries, chicken filet or hamburgers are only available on some days, so good luck with kids ( they do put canned fruit and same peaches everyday) - They cant fix our airconditioning already for 3 days - You’re in the middle of nowhere, everything that is nice is a 1+ hour drive - and they blocked Trupadvisor in their wifi - jee I wonder why The only positive is - the entertainment team is OK but have seen better and the shows are in Italian, so good luck tourists - the pool (again no nice views but seems new) but also there they don’t clean the cups from drinking used during the day unless its evening - And the sports area’s which are nice but apparently its no all-inclusive as when u arrive they charge you some extra money to use it - no choice / hidden charge Still there and counting days

The staff in Is Serena hotel are very friendly and helpful every single minute in our stay, the rooms are cozy, clean and quiet , the resort is one of the best I ever visited as they kept the natural beauty of the beach area. They had a very nice coffee. However they have the worst food I ever eaten in a hotel or a restaurant, really mad me and my family wants to leave the resort especially the breakfast, also the cups and plates were dirty and not cleaned well. They profile cusp based on the color of the wristbands which is blue for ordinary people and orange for special guests. No public transport or any type of transport the hotel helps with in order to see the other areas and we were left with two options taxi cost minimum 45 euros per short trip or rent a car which is up to 150 euros including the pick up, insurance etc. so never again.

Super Hôtel de belle chambre , choix varié pour les déjeuners, dîner et souper et super accessible à la plage et piscine en faite tous était très bien 😜😜👍
