"깨끗한 시설, 어설픈 시스템"

옆방 소음이 다소 들려서 불편했습니다. 그리고 체크인 후 오후 5시쯤에 침대에서 쉬고 있는데 갑자기 노크소리 몇번 들리더니 청소 아주머니가 카드키 찍고 불쑥 들어오셔서 놀랐어요. 로비와 청소팀이 소통이 잘 안되는 듯합니다. 시설은 신축이라 깨끗하고 좋았지만 다시는 이용 안할 거 같아요.

아.. 세종 3개 호텔에서 가장 가격이 높은데도 불구하고 아쉬운 점이 많습니다. 특히 다른 객실에서 오는 카톡 소리와 청소하는 소리 말소리가 들리더군요. 덕분에 아침잠을 설쳤습니다. 다른 호텔에 방음 문제 후기 때문에 일부러 여기로 선택했는데 아쉽네요. 전반적으로 컨디션은 좋았습니다.
