Great location. Easly accessible from everywhere, since it’s very central. Waking distance to most tourist attractions. Spacious room, and had the usual amenities available.

The staff at reception, altough eager to help, spoke very little to no English so communication was rather difficult at check-in, check-out or when we needed help regarding our stay. The breakfast options were limited to local foods and candy bars.

The breakfast was in the basement of the building and consisted of Western and Korean options - and some of the Korean options were YUM The hotel had lift access to all floors Our room was large and we had two beds - a queen and a double - the beds were extremely comfortable Our room was air conditioned - worked well, had a fridge but no safe - we also had complimentary water provided every day Our room was serviced regularly - and toiletries, toilet paper, tea/coffee replenished regularly The hotel is only a short walk from CITY HALL metro Station - just next to CITY SQAURE Highly recommended

Nil issues noted - except the room would have been better if we had a safe in the room

Perfect location in the popular tourist shopping district, we were within walking distance of almost all the major attractions in Seoul and very close to train stations and bus stops

There is limitations on the accommodation itself such as no common spaces (no balconies, no gym, no pool, no terrace) and no cupboards/wardrobes but we were still very comfortable for our 2 week stay

Breakfast was a reasonable price and the choices available were wide enough to suit most pallets. Korean home-style cuisine was the staple dishes, not to everyone's taste, but certainly above satisfactory for us. Room service was great; free water each day (take note Hotel Theodore Seattle) and room/beds tidied each day.

Very difficult to find fault, this usually occurs when you set your standard too high for the hotel's star rating. Any "problems" were quickly dealt with.
