Le collective Gangnam SAC Signity

Le collective rents out furnished apartments in Seocho, Gangnam. The location was quite convenient. We really enjoyed having a full sized apartment. The price was also quite reasonable. Our favourite amenity was having a washing machine and dryer closet. We will come back.

0 service, you have to call internationally for them to respond. Full of commitments or apologies but no actions. You need to get upset to for them to act on something. From the checkin to no internet connection, you have to have your day ruined before these are addressed. On top of that if you request for an early check in they have all the nerve to charge you extra. If you come in on time for your 1600 check in, there will be no one to attend to you and no email for instructions as they were insisting there was. For the internet as you can see the screenshots, they were mentioning a network name that doesnt even appear as part of the options. I had to shout and call them for this to be fixed. We have paid around 800usd and i can say this is really a rip off. Misleading accommodation, never again.

We have had an amazing stay at the Le Collective Gangnam SAC Signity. Our stay was 13days in total and the property was impeccable. It was well decorated with comfortable and stylish furnishings. The check-in process was straightforward and communication with their help desk was easy with prompt responses. The surrounding area was nice and quiet, most of the people we met in the elevator were warm and friendly. There is lots of restaurant options neaby and the transport network was efficient, on time and easy to connect when changing the train lines. There was ample supply of toiletries, towels and kitchenware and the air-conditioning kept the apartment nice and cool. The added benefit of a washing machine and laundry' detergent was a bonus as I washed all my clothes before departing. The only suggestion i would make for long stays is maybe provision of a broom or hoover for the kitchen. Overall, absolutely fantastic stay. 😊

Location 5/5: Convenience store (7-11) across the street and just a few steps away from a lot of restaurants and coffee shops! Accessibility 5/5: Make sure you have your email sent to you with lock key access code because there is no concierge service/front desk to help you. Room 4/5: Place was clean, cutlery and plates provided, bed is extremely comfortable, extra floor mattress available; loss of a star due to the sink in the bathroom not draining properly due to a clog of some sort.

숙소가 전체적으로 너무 깔끔하구요, 침구류, 소파 등 가구들도 편안했습니다. 허리가 안좋았는데 침구가 편해서 불편함없이 잘 잤었습니다. 주변에도 유흥시설이 많이 없어서 조조용하게 잘 머물렀습니다.

Really a nice place to stay, but not familiar with their checking in and out service compare to hotel.

The property was nice, but communication was terrible. I didn’t get any email prior to checking in, and had I not had someone with me who spoke Korean I would have never figured it out. We waited a long time to finally have our checkin information emailed to us.

It was nice and convenient, except there were no cleaning tools for small cleaning around the place since this is an apartment type of rental and cleaning service is only provided when requested with additional charge

Everything was great Although I wish they had cleaning supplies such as vacuum for those staying for extended period Cleaning service is not necessary but would be nice to have something to sweep the floors with. Other than that, everything else was no complaint
