The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, ordering taxis for us regularly and helping with our bags. Very spacious room, great view with seats and table to look out, great shower and bath, very comfy beds. Only about 10-15mins (off-peak) taxi ride from the train station. Easy walking distance to Songdo, which is a nice area. A few convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Numerous USB charging ports.

As many have mentioned, it is a bit further away from the centre of activity in Busan. However taxis are very cheap (compared to what I'm used to) and come within a few minutes. We did get the bus a few times which was only a few hundred metres away and easy to get but it can be a longish trip depending on where you are going and if you are time poor.
