Everything is super new and clean, perfect location, welcoming host. Public parking Delta is just opposite, Saturday to Sunday it seems to be free, as I didn't have to pay anything for the car. Highly recommend.

It would be better to know in advance that you have to switch on the boiler and keep in on, otherwise it takes quite some time to wait until water gets heated.

Amazing location with organized staff. Everything was nice and clean.

Only thing I didn't like was manual boiler which was accidentally turned off by my friends so I had to shower in cold water.

Newly renovated apartment in the very center of the city. The studio is equipped with all necessary elements needed for a really pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation is at a high level. The manager of the facility was very friendly and approachable.

The apartments are on an excellent location, 1st floor (no hassle with carrying luggage) fully equipped with everything you need - more like in 4-5* hotels! The hosts took a lot of consideration to all necessities a guest may - from toiletries in bathrooms to fully equipped kitchenettes. Everything was so clean & very neat. We rented both apartments as a family of five and it was perfect. One of the amazing things is that although the apartments are located in the centre they are perfectly sound proof so you can get a nice night sleep not affected by the noise from the street. There are couple of public parking lots nearby including a public garage but you can still stop your car just under the apartments for a while to get the luggage out before parking. Last but not least the landlord and host Mrs. Solidea was really great, very supportive, understanding, helpful and warm welcoming. All in all these apartments are probably ones of the best you may stay in in the very center of Rijeka taking all benefits under consideration.
