Sans Souci unit 601

The room itself was great! It was clean and well stocked.

The accommodations of Sans Souci are a joke! Elevators broken. A guest was trapped in the elevator in front of us. Leaving only one functioning. You have all your elevators tucked into corners OUTSIDE with no ventilation or airflow. We waited over 10 minutes for the elevator multiple times, standing in the Florida heat carrying all our beach supplies. You advertise you have washer dryer. Well you do IN THE BASEMENT! Again no air flow no ventilation. Multiple washers and dryers were out of order. You had no quarter machines so we had to walk across the street to a gas station to get change. No ice machines, no beach chairs, no laundry in the room and no quarter machines for the basement washers and dryers. It saw ONE employee ONE time the entire time we were there. The only reason I saw the guy I did was because he was tagging my car for not having my dash sticker out after only arriving an hour prior. I have stayed all over Florida and will never stay nor recommend this place again.

The location was great and the amenities. Everything was easy to access and use.

The Sans Souci was great, had good parking rooms clean, my family loved it
