Location was the best, you can walk to many different neighborhoods within 30min. Having an apartment with laundry was key to an enjoyable stay.

Rooms can get stifling when the power gets cut, the damp will creep in.

Unter Boutique versteh ich eigentlich ein Hotel mit Desk und speziellem Service. Hat weder einen Desk mit realen Personal noch extra Service.

침대가 편안했다. 일층카페가 있는데 커피는 최고!

13박에 청소가 없고 원하면 유료라는 안내. 그렇다고 숙박가격이 다른곳에 비해 절대 싸지도 않았음. 어반스테이 뷰띠크라는말에 . 뷰티크 의미를 모르고 이름 붙인것같음.가끔씩 뜨거운물 한참걸려야 나옴. 13박중5번. 욕실에 물때 공팡이있어서 불꽤했음. 다시 갈생각 없음. 택배배달 문앞에 두고가서 받을수는 있는데 분실시 호텔측 책임없다는 안내. 장박으로는 비추천.

Strategic location, 5 min walk from the airport bus stop (outside changdeokgung palace), convenience store just downstairs. Although it is very near busy areas, but the hotel is located on a quiet side street, thus one can get away from all the noise and busy street. The studio is super clean, having a washing machine inside the studio - with washing up liquid provided is a big bonus!! Self check in but there is an office with a staff in the building in case you need any help, and one can request for a late check in with a small fee to pay. I will definitely come back here when I am in Seoul again.
