1）電梯真的少，住中高樓層會蠻崩潰的 2）這次不小心在客房打破碗，隔天到櫃檯退房結算追加費用時櫃檯人員多算一個（可能是其他遊客不小心打破的），原本要解釋卻遭到櫃檯人員很不客氣的質問，感受非常不好，付完賠償的款項後還被說了一句‘ 有算你便宜 ’，真的是好喔謝謝 就當給昨天晚上幫忙收拾碗盤的工作人員小費了（他的態度非常的好）

GBTWThe location is really nice. We saved some time for transportation. It's great that the hotel's B1 connects to the Metro, although it still has some stairs before the B1's door. While the room is great, there is huge space two 28" to 29" suitcases, and the refrigerator is massive. The walking closet is cool but not for travel usage. XD A small kitchen with a microwave is also nice.
I believe the ventilation system in the bathroom needs improvement. During our stay, the bathroom consistently had a stinky smell; while it wasn't a major issue, I hope the system can be enhanced.

CAExtrêmement bien situé, à moins de 10 min à pieds de la rue MyeongDong avec la streetfood et les commerces. Le métro a carrément un ascenseur qui ramène a l'hôtel! Les chambres étaient confortables et très pratiques. Bcp de rangements. Lave linge/sèche linge dans la chambre
Un coup d'aspirateur un peu plus minutieux aurait été appréciable...
