숙소 리모델링한지 얼마되지 않았는것으로 보이고 전반적으로 깔끔했습니다. 어매니티 잘 구비되어 있고 간단한 요기 할수 있는 주방과 테이블 구비되어 있으며, 계란, 컵라면, 빵, 귤 등 있어서 간단하지만 든든하게 아침 먹을수 있었습니다. 사장님도 친절하시고 다시 포항여행하게 된다면 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

사장님께서 애착을 가지고 잘 운영하시는 곳인 것 같아요. 3인이 묵은 숙소의 경우 실내가 좁지않고 거실까지 딸려있었고 수건도 아주 넉넉히 주시고 냉장고에 생수도 넉넉했습니다. 미리 예약하면 아침에 콩죽도 먹을 수 있었는데 정말 담백하고 맛있었어요. 깨끗한 숙소, 아침까지 제공되는 가성비 좋고 만족스러운 곳이었습니다.

학회갈 일이 있어 혼자 가서 묵었는데, 아주 작지만 충분히 좋았습니다. 청결하고 믿음이 갑니다. 싱글룸보단 2인 방이면 정말 가성비까지 대만족이었을 것 같아요.
