Er ligt een water afstotend hoeslaken op het bed dat kraakt en erg warm is.

Was expecting a room with a bath tub.

Very stylish rooms - we had two rooms (for 4 people) on the same floor, so we basically had all the units on one floor because the hotel is a small building. Great shower (and the larger of the two rooms a very nice bathtub), excellent comfortable bed, nicely firm but not too firm. Air-conditioning worked well, too. Great to get two new bottles of water every day, it's one if those things you always forget to buy so that was very handy. Appreciated the midday checkout and the organising of a big taxi van to the airport. The location is in a little back alley, but once inside the hotel it is very nice! The location is awesome, so central to everything and right in the middle of a local hotspot of eateries that felt very genuine. The slightly more touristy Myeongdong is only about 8min walk, and at night (when everything comes alive) you won't mind the walk anyway. Close to blue subway line 1 - exit just around the corner from Avenue of Youth, 5min walk to green subway line 2, and close to plenty of buses (use Kakao Map!) and not far from most palaces. There's a building being built next to it, which can cause construction noise during the day, but it didn't bother us, because we were out exploring Seoul and so should you when you're there!

We loved it, but I'm just gonna mention here: Turning into that little dodgy-looking back alley to find the hotel entrance could be a shock to some. Once you see the hotel entrance, everything's good, yep, you're in the right place and it looks nice inside. Definitely a case of "don't judge the book by its cover", the rooms are fantastic! Very friendly staff, but be prepared to use your translate app ;)
